Refund Policy
At Carina Johanna Art, great care is taken to ensure that artwork, digital classes, and memberships are delivered with quality and clarity.
Please review the refund guidelines below before making a purchase.
Original Artwork
Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with attention to protection and presentation.
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact carina.orvan@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of:
• The damaged artwork
• The packaging
• The shipping box
If damage is confirmed, a suitable resolution will be arranged where possible, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping
Shipping is charged at a general rate for both domestic and international orders.
If the actual shipping cost is significantly lower than the charged amount, a partial refund may be issued at the artist’s discretion.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and taxes are handled during the shipping process and should not be charged again upon delivery.
For orders shipped to other international destinations, the purchaser may be responsible for any VAT, import duties, or customs fees required by their country.
Digital Products and Online Art Classes
Digital products include online classes, tutorials, and downloadable creative resources.
Because access to digital content is provided immediately after purchase, digital products are non-refundable unless required by law.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact carina.orvan@hotmail.com and assistance will be provided.
Memberships
Memberships may include spaces such as The Awakened Artist or The Expressive Studio.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the subscription option selected at checkout.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
Cancelling a membership will stop future billing but does not provide refunds for payments already processed.
Access to membership content will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Accidental Purchases
If you believe you have made a purchase in error, please contact carina.orvan@hotmail.com as soon as possible and the situation will be reviewed.
