All products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, course materials, videos, written content, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Carina Johanna Art and are protected by copyright laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.
You may not:
• Reproduce artwork for sale
• Share course materials publicly
• Copy or redistribute digital content
• Upload tutorials or materials to other platforms
Artwork may not be reproduced in any form without written permission from the artist.

4. Original Artwork Purchases
Original artworks are sold as one-of-a-kind pieces created by the artist.
While ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the purchaser, copyright remains with the artist.
The purchaser may not reproduce, license, or commercially distribute images of the artwork without written consent.

5. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping is charged at a general rate for both domestic and international orders.
If the actual cost of shipping is significantly lower than the charged rate, a partial refund may be issued at the artist’s discretion.
Delivery times vary depending on location.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the shipping process and are handled prior to delivery. Customers in the United States should not be charged additional duties upon arrival.
For orders shipped to other international destinations, the purchaser may be responsible for any VAT, import duties, or customs fees required by their local government.

6. Damaged Artwork
All artworks are packaged with great care.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact carina.orvan@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the damage.
If damage is confirmed, a replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged where possible.

7. Digital Products and Art Classes
Digital products include online art classes, tutorials, and downloadable materials.
Upon purchase, access will be granted through the designated platform or via email instructions.
Because digital content is delivered instantly, all digital purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

8. Membership Communities
Membership communities may include spaces such as The Awakened Artist or The Expressive Studio, hosted on external platforms such as Skool.
Membership provides access to educational content, tutorials, and community features for the duration of the active subscription.
Memberships renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at purchase.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not provide refunds for payments already processed.
Access to membership content will continue until the end of the current billing period.

9. Community Guidelines
Membership communities are intended to be safe, supportive, and respectful creative spaces.
Members agree to:
• Communicate respectfully
• Avoid harmful or abusive behaviour
• Respect the creative work of others
The artist reserves the right to remove members who violate community standards.

10. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices may change at any time.
Where required by law, applicable taxes such as GST or VAT may be included or added during checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Carina Johanna Art does not store payment details.

11. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high quality educational content and artwork, Carina Johanna Art cannot guarantee specific results from participation in classes, tutorials, or memberships.
Participation in creative learning is voluntary and results will vary for each individual.
