My Journey from Breaking Free to Embodying Freedom
Since I was 18, I’d been on a relentless journey — desperate to free myself from fear, struggle, and the loops that kept me stuck. I read all the books, sat through countless counselling sessions, and followed the leaders in emotional healing.
Yet even as I poured my soul into my art, something within me still felt blocked — like my creations carried the weight of my wounds instead of the light of my truth.
Until now.
Through establishing a daily breathwork practice — and making it the solid foundation for everything I had already learned — I shifted from merely breaking free to truly embodying freedom.
My life is changing. My perspective has expanded...
And my artwork has opened to an entirely new level of possibility.

Hi! I'm Carina - Born and based in beautiful New Zealand.
It was in my late teens I discovered painting not merely as a form of expression, but as a vital means of navigating and healing emotional trauma.
Today, I am a visionary artist whose work is both an ode to the resilience of the human spirit and a reflection of my deep connection to the transformative power of art.
My art is born from a deep desire to connect, move and inspire others weaving together the seen and unseen with a masterful blend of colours and textures that speak directly to the soul.

My work can be described as a graceful combination of abstract and realism. A mixed media artist, my art holds a great sense of depth and intrigue, inviting viewers to step closer and discover the nuanced elements hidden within each piece. This approach not only captures the attention but also deepens the viewer's engagement, making every encounter with my work a unique exploration.
