ABOUT THE SHOWCASE
I created The Awakened Artist Showcase as a celebration of the artists within our community.
Every six months, members of The Awakened Artist who would like to take part are invited to share a piece of work that reflects their creative journey. Some artworks have been created especially for the showcase, while others have been shared because they represent the growth, inspiration, skills and artistic voice that have developed through their time within the community.
Although we learn together, encourage one another and often begin with the same inspiration, every artist gradually finds their own voice. That's something I wanted to honour through this showcase.
This exhibition celebrates individuality. Every artwork tells a different story, every artist brings a different perspective, and together they create a collection that is richer because of those differences.
My hope is that as you wander through these works, you'll discover not only beautiful art, but also the wonderfully different artists, stories and creative voices behind each piece.
For me, that's what The Awakened Artist has always been about—not creating artists who paint alike, but creating a space where each artist feels free to become more of themselves.

The Quiet Wild
The Quiet Wild is my reflection on the quiet freedom that comes from trusting ourselves and returning to who we truly are. To me, it represents the quiet yet untamed part within us that remains true beneath the noise, expectations and self-doubt. I wanted this painting to be a gentle reminder that our greatest freedom isn't always found in big, dramatic moments, but quietly, when we have the courage to come home to ourselves.

May She Rise is a celebration of feminine emotions in motion:
The power of vulnerability, sensitivity and receptivity.
Expressing love, bliss and beauty alongside hope and faith in the unseen.
Knowing we are loved, taken care of and provided for even in those difficult moments when nothing seems to work.
May She Rise is about being the living devotion to a higher power, even when the path and journey feel uncertain and scary.
She invites us to remember: Our eternal wholeness has already been established.

Find Freedom in the Chaos
The dove represents freedom, peace, purity and hope. It can also symbolise new beginnings or be used as a messenger of love.
Creating this painting gave me so much joy and I really hope someone finds a special meaning in this little dove as much as I do.

A Leap of Faith
A fox represents adaptability and intuitiveness. A creature that can thrive in nature but make it work as urbanism expands into their habitat.
A creature that bends but doesn’t break and is seen in many cultures as a threshold between the physical and spiritual realms.
Freedom is adaptability; to be in the world but not of the world.
As I continue to learn more about art and painting I aim to keep these themes with me- freedom, intuition, adaptability. Art is after all its own threshold between the physical and spiritual realm.

She Remembers is a feminine play on our perceived light and shadow.
Celebrating the frequencies of love, bliss and beauty in a world that holds both light and dark.
But what lies beyond the perceived duality?
She remembers there is more.
She remembers that she IS MORE.
She remembers her eternal beingness.
Because beyond the shadow of the illusion lies the eternal light that we all are.
She remembers that she IS THAT.
Her innate wholeness has already been established.

Liberated to Bloom
This painting was inspired by one of the most meaningful turning points in my life—leaving the system I had worked in for many years and embracing my path as an entrepreneur, following my true passion for art.
It is a celebration of freedom, courage, and new beginnings. To me, this piece represents the moment when we choose our own path, allowing every part of ourselves to flourish. It is about the beautiful feeling of liberation, where life begins to bloom.

The Beauty of Freedom
After completing 'Liberated to Bloom', I fell in love with the energy I experienced while creating it. I wanted to continue exploring the same theme and discover where it would lead me.
This painting celebrates the beauty of freedom and the subtle details that begin to appear when we choose to follow our own path. Pink has always been my favourite colour, and in this piece the flowers seem to capture its very essence—softness, joy, hope, and the quiet confidence that comes from living authentically.
