Have you ever felt lost and found at the same time?
 
Between Two Breaths  was created from that in-between place — where I am no longer who I used to be, but don't yet know who I am becoming.
 
There is something both terrifying and exhilarating about standing there.
As though I am deep beneath the ocean, yet somehow high in the sky. Suspended between what has been and what is still unfolding.
A place full of wonder. Full of possibility.
Where time seems to stand still... yet somehow slips by so quickly.
 
Perhaps this is what becoming feels like.
Not having all the answers.
Not knowing exactly where we are going.
But allowing ourselves to exist within that beautiful space between one version of ourselves and the next.
 
Between Two Breaths is for anyone who has ever found themselves in a season of transition, becoming, possibility, or beautiful uncertainty.
